Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login details. Truth Matters is not liable for any unauthorized access due to negligence.

 

4. Subscription & Payment Terms

• Users can cancel their subscription at any time.

• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.

• Payment details are securely processed through third-party providers.

• Auto-renewal applies unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

 

5. Content Usage & Restrictions

• Course materials and discussions are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed.

• Users agree not to engage in disruptive or abusive behaviour on the platform.

 

6. Liability Disclaimer

• Truth Matters is a third-party platform and is not responsible for or accountable for any views expressed by Q&A & Book Club hosts.

• Although we try our best to coordinate with the course hosts to ensure there are no disruptions to the Q&A calls, at times, there may be last minute changes or rescheduling of these calls due to special circumstances (e.g. holidays, illnesses, technology issues)

• We do not accept any liability in the changing or rescheduling of these Q&A calls

7. Community Guidelines & Enforcement

• Users must adhere to community guidelines, which will be sent via email upon sign-up.

• We reserve the right to remove users from group chats or video calls if they violate these guidelines.

 

8. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)

• Truth Matters complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Personal data is securely stored and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

• Users can request data access, modifications, or deletions at any time.

• Truth Matters aims to provide uninterrupted service but relies on third-party providers for website hosting, video calls, payment processing, and mobile applications.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and provide no warranties for service reliability.
